Super Junior’s Han Geng drops charges against SM Entertainment: “Did they reconcile?” 0

According to the Nineteenth Civil Case Department of Seoul High Court on the 25th, Super Junior’s Han Geng dropped charges against SM Entertainment on the 21st. Han’s action basically says that Han took a step back approving that the exclusive contract with SM Entertainment is still valid, but the reason of dropping the charge is not yet known.
A representative of SM Entertainment says, “We heard that Han dropped charges, but we don’t know the reason why. Han dropped charges, admitting the validity of the exclusive contract with us. In near future, he will be involved on activities in China.”
On his accusation, Han had said, “I had to be on a tight schedule because the required cancellation charge is extremely expensive. The exclusive contract has been signed under unfair condition.”
Last year, the court approved Han’s position and denied the validity of exclusive contract with the agency.
