KARA attracted attention by releasing their diet secrets on TV.
On SBS’s Victory aired on the 9th, KARA visited the diet challengers.For the challengers who wanted to know about KARA members’ diet secrets, Han Seung Yeon mentioned about her secrets first, “I eat well usually but don’t gain weight as much as I eat. It goes to the bottom part of my face instead. Once I feel that I’m gaining weight, I do a running machine and jump rope. Since I’m a dance music singer, I sing loud while doing the running machine.”
Park Gyuri released her secrets next, “I think it’s always good to exercise as much as I eat.” To the question of how many hours she works out a day, she answered, “I do a cycle one hour and a running machine one or two hours if I just want aerobic exercise, but I also work out my muscles for at least more than a hour,” saying that she puts efforts into exercise.
Goo Hara who has a thin body said, “I don’t do aerobic exercise but only work out my muscles,” making the challengers jealous of that.
Nichole mentioned she might be the one who put the heaviest efforts into diet and personally demonstrated Pilates movements saying, “I’m currently working on Pilates.”
Meanwhile, Goo Hara attracted the challengers’ attention by showing her waist size which was only 21 inches.
