A Russian website promoting Korean TV series did a survey on the question, ‘Who is your favorite actor?” and Lee ranked first with 50.39 percent of the respondents.
Lee was followed by Kim Hyun Joong and Rain.
Lee has the highest number of fansites in Russia among Korean actors. Russian’s favorite Korean TV series is Boys over Flowers, in which Lee appeared. His latest series City Hunter is also drawing a lot of attention.
Lee won the First Prize and Hallyu Special Prize in the ’2011 Korea Drama Awards’, which was held two weeks ago. He will meet his foreign fans later this year.
